The frame features an organic steel form with elegant curved lines that give it a sculptural look. The flawless surface finish and exceptional durability are achieved by precision molding the steel using CNC technology, followed by a four-stage manual finishing: polishing, nickel plating, electrolytic color application, and matte lacquering. The premium cowhide, sourced from the food industry, undergoes a chrome-free vegetable tanning process. The leather parts are made from double skin, allowing for a cotton layer in the center for durability, while the leather edges are sanded, painted, and polished for a unique finish. The chaise longue features leather suspension straps, which enhance stability as well as adding to the unique look, while the solid brass base glides or end caps feature a natural leather layer on the underside to prevent scratching surfaces.
