Floor Lamp Curve

Curva floor lamp is a hand crafted sculptural piece that embodies flow and movement. Its solid wood body transmits softness and warmth while creating a unique sense of rhythm within its curves. Inspired in the moment in between rains in the Ecuadorian rain forest; with its palpitating energy that is flowing between each insect, plant and soil. Especially in the beautiful and delicate dance a water droplet makes form the top of tress to lower leaves and to soil. 

The flow of this moment its embodied by carefully hand sculpting asymmetrical curves into solid fair trade Huarango wood, exposing the mesmerizing natural colors and shades within it. Combining the grounding elements of wood with custom made bronze hard ware elements for the electrical components of the lamp. Curva Lamp tells a beautiful story of connection with nature and careful dedication craft. 

Curva Floor lamp is completely asymmetrical which is why it has varying dimensions in its form. The Lamp's shade diameter is 29.5 inches while the diameter in the lamp's body varies between 16.5', 10'and 6'. It is completely stable as it has a perfectly aligned center and the grounding weight of being made entirely out of solid wood.
